For those of you who are headed to Montreal for next week's SOR meeting, here's something to keep in mind. Due to a new provincial law, you have to accompany your server to the credit
card station and tell that person the amount you wish to tip. Don’t be afraid
to ask for clarification. Most of the hospitality workers I’ve
encountered in and around Montreal are familiar with English.
